Lagoona is a small business; therefore, we are doing our best to provide the best possible solutions for our customers in terms of returns without compromising the business and having sustainable practices.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size in the same model. The customer will absorb the shipping charges related to returns.
Items must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with tags attached within our 15-day policy. Returns/Exchanges that appear washed, worn, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for shipping the pieces back. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Lagoona reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.
All sales are final sales.
STEPS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
1. Email us at email@example.com to request your return, and please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.
2. Once your request is processed, we will email you with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Carefully read our return policy and make sure all items are included in your package. In case of exchange, we recommend that you verify the availability of an item (model, size and color) before proceeding with the exchange process.
4. Please allow 3-5 business days after receiving your items to process your return.
Faulty + Incorrect Products
If the wrong products have been delivered, or in case of a defect, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you a return label and process your exchange. When contacting customer service, please inform us of your order number and describe what the issue is.
If in stock, we will exchange your incorrect item for the correct item.
If the item is not in stock, you can choose between one of the following options: a refund of your order total + shipping costs or receive a store credit note + a 15% discount on your future purchase.
You must file a complaint within 3 days of receiving faulty products. If a defect you discover or should have discovered is not immediately notified in writing to us, it cannot be claimed later. We accept the right to deny any incorrect use of our faulty/incorrect product warranty.
