RETURN POLICY

Lagoona is a small business; therefore, we are doing our best to provide the best possible solutions for our customers in terms of returns without compromising the business and having sustainable practices.

Returns & Exchanges

All items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size in the same model. The customer will absorb the shipping charges related to returns. 


We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. We are more than happy to accept your exchange or return for store credit, if you change your mind within 21 days of receiving your garment. However, the items must be returned in their original condition with all the tags attached and if available, with the original packaging. We cannot accept a return for garments that have been worn, washed or altered in any way as it will be refused. Please also take care when trying on garments, as we will not accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains or odours. If you have received a faulty, damaged or an incorrect order, please reach out to us at lagoona.co and we will be happy to further assist you. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details before returning your items. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Lagoona reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.

Faulty & Incorrect Products

Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect order or feel it is not as advertised please contact us at lagoona.co within 10 days of purchase so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos or videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible. We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Lagoona reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item, refund or store credit. If in stock, we will exchange your incorrect item for the correct item, if the item is not in stock, you can choose between one of the following options: a refund of your order total + shipping costs or receive a store credit note + a 15% discount on your future purchase.

Returns & Exchanges Timeline

Your item/s will be considered returned once we receive it at Lagoona. They will be assessed and processed for a store credit or refund. We process all returns & exchanges within 3-5 business days of receiving your items, we will send you an email with the details of your processed return and your store credit. In case of not having the item available for exchange, refunds will be returned to the account or payment method used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to appear in your account.
